Once upon a time there was a world where people went to square ready to fight for their ideas, just armed by the force of their opinions. They were ready to die for save their ideas.
This has been for millenniums.
One day Facebook arrived on the web, the modern square. At first everybody was happy because finally you could write everything and you could share your ideas with others. Awesome. At first.
Now that kind of "fire" has died. The "I like" buttom has killed every opinions.
Try it. Put on your state an idea. Everything is ok. What you think about a movie, a politicians or your neighbour who breaks your balls with his noise. Everything. Try it.
What will you have in response? Nothing. A lot of "I like".
Anybody who answers you to say his agree or his disagree. No, just "I like".
Sometimes you can find one poor guy who answers you. Wow, fantastic, finally you can answer him, you can start a discussion and maybe others will join it and maybe you can discuss about your opinion. No, a lot of "I like".
Cause push the "I like" buttom is easier than think. And this scares me. Cause I can have bad or good opinions, it doesn't matter, and I can improve my mind discussing them with others. If I don't discuss them I'm convinced I'm right, my ideas are fine, are the best. And maybe they aren't.
Discuss is the best thing. Discussions drive you into the fantastic world of your mind. A discussion is your personal "whiterabbit" and you have follow it into its lair.
Write opinions. Answer. Scream. Fight. But don't let you to just put "I like". It's a stab on your own head.
