IT/EN - 115.000 platelets!

115.000 piastrine!!! Mitico cortisone! Dopo il secondo ciclo di terapia le piastrine sono salite a 115.000! E' una grande notizia perché significa che il mio corpo sta reagendo alla terapia e che gli anticorpi stanno ricominciando a lavorare nel modo giusto senza ammazzare le mie povere piastrine.
Bisogna calcolare, inoltre, che questo è il risultato dell'emocromo che ho fatto prima dell'ultima giornata di cortisone quindi probabilmente saranno anche di più!
Come l'altra volta, però, adesso bisogna valutare quante di queste 115.000 piastrine resteranno vive senza alcun medicinale. L'altra volta passarono da 92.000 a 31.000, se rimanesse questa proporzione dovrei stare sui 60.000 ovvero ad una cifra ottima!
La notizia bella è che gli ematomi sono spariti e che per farmi il controllo della glicemia (si è alzata) mi hanno punto più volte per far uscire una goccia di sangue e verificare il tasso della stessa. E il sangue ne usciva poco poco per poi fermarsi subito, proprio come se le piastrine fossero tantissime! Mitiche!
Insomma, buone notizie!!!


115.000 platelets!!! Great cortison! After my therapy second cycle, my platelets have grown up 115.000! That's a great news 'cause this means my body is reacting at the therapy and that my antibodies are starting again to work in the right way, without killing my poor platelets.
Furthermore, I must say this one is the result of my CBC done before my last day with cortison, so, maybe, I could have more platelets than 115.000!
As the last time, we must evaluated how many platelets of these 115.000 will live without any medical help. Last time (after my first cycle) they passed from 92.000 to 31.000, but if I'd maintein this proportion, I could have at least 60.000 platelets with any help, a very good result!
The good news is that I don't have any other ematomas (and the old ones are disappeared) and that my doctor tried to keep some blood drops from my body but they didn't managed to do it 'cause the blood didn't go out as it should: it went out but it stopped after only one drop as if I'd have got a lot of platelets!
So, good news!
